Now that we're back from BrickFair, we'll have some time to work on the website.
One improvement that has already been made is to make the Contact page much more visible. Previously the Contact page was only visible if you created an account and logged in to that account. Now you can use the Contact page without being logged in to an account. We realize (now) that the previous setup made it more difficult to contact us, especially in the case where someone is having trouble with their account, and we are sorry for the confusion.
Some additional improvements that have already been made include the removal of some confusing links at the top of the page. The links were to file folders that did not currently contain any files, so they looked like broken links to some users. The links have been removed, and in the future we will only link to files through proper web pages, to avoid any possibility of confusion.
We've also added a basic product page with links to pages describing our current products. These pages are quite basic right now, but we plan to improve them shortly.
This is just the first wave of changes. Expect some rapid improvements over the next few days. We plan to add more content and information about ourselves and our products. One of the most important things we will be working on is adding online ordering to the site. We'll provide more information as that gets closer, but we do hope to have online ordering ready before the end of September.
